Plato Terms and Conditions

OVERVIEW

The following Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you, as a current or prospective customer ("you," "your"), and CrownPhoenix Technologies FZ-LLC, the creator and provider of the Plato platform ("Plato," "we," "us," "our"). These terms govern your use of Plato's services, including but not limited to its mobile applications, websites, software, hardware, and other related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

By signing up for a Plato account, visiting our website, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any referenced policies and regulations. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

Plato may cancel accounts that violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy. In such cases, we may retain user data for up to 30 days from the date of cancellation. If you cancel your account voluntarily, we will delete your personal data immediately.
